  28. I have to agree.  I got a new one a few days ago.  Spent one whole day
  29. with 1.2 firmware just  dialing in and out from my isp.  Every connect
  30. was at 26400, none lower, none higher.

  32. Flashed to 1.4 the next days.  Since then about 30% connects at 28800,
  33. and the rest at 26400.  The flash was also very simple.

  35. The modem is definitely worth the $129 I paid.
